About Admin Antidote

Built by people who understand the work around the work.

We combine business ownership, operational improvement, consulting, technology and client delivery experience to solve the administrative problems that quietly limit growth.

Why we exist

Good businesses lose too much capacity to bad process.

The problem is rarely a lack of effort. It is the pile-up of forms, inboxes, spreadsheets, reports, follow-ups and disconnected systems that grows around an otherwise healthy business.

Admin Antidote was created to deal with that friction practically. We diagnose the process, improve the operating model and apply automation or AI only when it makes the result better.

Our aim is straightforward: give people more capacity for customers, judgment and growth—and less repetitive work that a well-designed system can handle.

Three complementary operators

Commercial. Technical. Human.

Different backgrounds, one shared standard: understand how the business really operates and leave it with a result it can own.

01James Sanders, co-founder of Admin Antidote

Co-founder · Commercial & operational improvement

James Sanders

James turns operational drag into a commercial case for change.

James is a business operator and consultant specialising in efficiency optimisation, process uplift and commercial improvement. His perspective is grounded in the realities owners face: margin, capacity, customers, people and the daily pressure of keeping a business moving.

Alongside his consulting work, James owns and operates a portfolio of hospitality businesses—including a pub and restaurants—as well as a wine-export business. That hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of multi-site operations, staffing, suppliers, compliance and the administrative load that builds around growth.

At Admin Antidote, James focuses on opportunity diagnosis, the commercial case for change and the operating model around each solution—making sure improvements work in the business, not just in a presentation.

The difference

We can sit with the owner, the operator and the technical team.

First-hand understanding of margins, customers, people, risk and day-to-day operational pressure.

02

Consulting depth

Experience in structured analysis, process uplift, transformation and leading client engagements.

03

Delivery discipline

Project coordination, stakeholder management, training and the practical work required to make change stick.

04

Technical credibility

AI, automation, systems and cybersecurity experience applied with sensible controls and clear language.

How we work

Outcome before tool.

We begin with the operational and commercial result—not a preferred platform.

Plain English.

You should understand what is changing, why it matters and where the risks sit.

Evidence over theatre.

We quantify the opportunity and test the workflow instead of selling a transformation story.

Ownership over dependence.

Documentation, training and maintainability are part of the solution—not optional extras.

A practical place to start

Let’s look at the process everyone complains about.

A founder reviews every enquiry. If the opportunity is weak, too early or better solved with your existing software, we will say so.
